Perfect for doing the small stuff that a bigger base makes hard to reach, I use a bit of Blutack in the hole at the top and it holds head, weapons and 6mm minis.
Crafted by Zeus himself, the 'Conical Mount' is my favourite attachment for painting heads, and other things that don't have a large contact surface.

Helps with smaller items like helmets and heads. Also lets you separate out special pieces easier.

Honestly, it helped me so much with my last mini. The conical mount is such a life saver.
