Returns

• Eligibility: You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at WORNBRISTLESTUDIO@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. 

 

Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in the original condition.

 

Exchanges

• Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item first, then place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

 

Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

• Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and send the correct item.
